- words i live by: we've all been hit. we've all been knocked down. we've all been hurt. and we all thought that this could be it. we've all felt the pain we didn't want anyone else to feel, but we all felt it. we've been burned. we've been bruised. we've been blackmailed and taken advantage of. some of us may never get the justice we want. we've accepted way less than we should. we let people walk all over us. we smiled through the tears and lied the "i'm okay," one too many times. we've walked through life with a straight spine and an open heart despite the situations that wanted to break us, close us, destroy us. we've been through hell and back. but in the end, always, we've gotten through. &that's how we plan to leave this world. strong, loved, happy, and remembered. -me [:
